We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VALUELAB. If for any reason you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories. Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued in the full amount of the purchase price. There are no restocking fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs
